ATTENTION

 

• Check availability before booking.

 

• Things to bring: Original Passport, sun cream, sunglasses, camera, insect repellent, wide brim hat, swimming suit and extra money for drinks.

 

• Guests should advise any special food, allergies or dietary preferences before the departure date.

 

• Children Policy: Child Passenger under 4 years old gets free of charge sharing room with parents (02 adults accompanied by 01 free of charge child; 2nd child will be charged 50% of the original fares), from 4-6 years old charged 50% of original fares.

 

• Life jackets, double seated Kayaks & paddles are all available on boat.

 

• Unused services are not subject to a refund.

 

• Any problem or complaint must be submitted to the Tour guide, Cruise Manager or Tour Operator timely. After that, no problem or complaint will be accepted.

 

• Overnight at the area permitted by the Government authority.

 

• Prices are based on occupancy 2 or 3 people sharing a room on boat/ hotel.

 

• The price may be changed on special days or holidays.

 

• In case of bad weather or typhoon that is not permitted by the local authorities to run cruises. There are 3 options as follows:

 

- Join day cruise trip: USD 55/ person

 

- Enjoy 01 lunch on boat or at the restaurant: USD 10/ person

 

- Join other tour package as recommended by our Tour operator (the rate will be subjected to each tour itinerary)
