Thank you for choosing Halong Fantasea Cruise. Please read the following terms carefully before making your reservation. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable conditions below.

1. Booking & Availability

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after availability has been checked and the reservation accepted.

Guests should provide accurate passenger information and advise us of any special requests, food allergies or dietary requirements before departure.

Prices are based on 2 or 3 guests sharing a cabin or room, unless otherwise stated. Rates may vary on public holidays, special occasions or other peak dates.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests should be made in writing as early as possible. The applicable cancellation and refund conditions depend on the specific cruise package, booking date, departure date and payment terms confirmed at the time of reservation.

For bookings made through a third-party platform, the cancellation and refund policy of that platform may apply.

Please note:

• Services that have already been used are non-refundable.
• Unused services are not eligible for a refund.
• Applicable cancellation charges and non-refundable payment or processing costs may be deducted from any refund.
• No-show or late-cancellation bookings may be non-refundable according to the applicable booking conditions.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method and may require additional processing time.

3. Weather & Cruise Operation

Cruise itineraries and schedules may be changed without prior notice due to weather conditions, tide levels, navigation conditions, operational requirements or instructions from the local authorities.

In case of bad weather or a typhoon, the local authorities may prohibit overnight cruises from operating. Depending on the circumstances, available alternatives may include:

• Day cruise: USD 55 per person
• One lunch: USD 10 per person
• Alternative tour package: subject to the itinerary and applicable rate

All alternatives are subject to availability and actual operating conditions. Overnight stays are permitted only in areas approved by the relevant authorities.

4. Children Policy

• Children under 4 years old may travel free of charge when sharing a room with their parents.
• One child under 4 years old is free when accompanied by 2 adults; a second child is charged 50% of the original fare.
• Children from 4 to 6 years old are charged 50% of the original fare.

The applicable child policy may vary according to the specific booking or tour package.

5. Passenger Documents & Safety

Guests on overnight cruises must bring their original passport and any documents required for travel.

Life jackets, double kayaks and paddles are available on board for applicable activities.

For safety reasons, guests must follow the instructions of the captain, crew, Cruise Manager and tour guide throughout the journey.

6. Unused Services & Complaints

Unused services are not refundable.

Any problem, complaint or service issue should be reported promptly to the Tour Guide, Cruise Manager or Tour Operator during the trip, allowing our team the opportunity to assist and resolve the matter.

Complaints raised only after the service has ended may not be accepted.
